Spring Classes and Workshops

$85.00 Class fee due at registration.

Class sizes limited to 10 students. Class fee is nonrefundable after the start of classes. Private lessons are available at $50.00 per hour and are by appointment only.

Class tuition is due at registration. Stop in or call with a visa to pay over the phone. No open-toed shoes in class please. Students provide their own basic tools and supplies. A supply list will be available at registration.

Glass Casting in Clay - $60

with Kathleen Piper
Saturdays, February 4th and March 3rd, 10-12
2 part workshop on creating clay molds for open face casting. Mold making and mold materials included, glass not included.

Stepping Stones - $60

Saturday, March 31st, 10-4
Make concrete stepping stones with stained glass accents. The use of form and concrete are included but the glass and patterns are not included, both are on hand for purchase. Concrete for one stone included in class fee. Each additional stone add a $10 materials fee. Happy Glass Cutting!

Weekend Workshops


Fused Glass - $200

Sat 10-4, Sun 10-2
Feb 4th & 5th, Mar 10th & 11th, or Apr 21st & 22nd
Learn to cut and fuse glass. Students will create magnets and jewelry, small glass dishes and a night light using a variety of techniques.

Stained Glass - $200

Sat 10-4, Sun 10-2
Jan 14th & 15th, Feb 25th & 26th, or Mar 24thth & 25th
Learn to cut glass, fit, foil, and solder in this two day all inclusive class. Sign up for the weekend that works best for you. 2 projects will be built in class.

Please arrive on time and be ready to engage. No open toed shoes in the classroom please and cotton clothing is recommended for fused glass students.
The Art of Glass will provide grinders, soldering irons and chemicals in class. Students are required to provide hand tools, glass and supplies.
